Student Teacher Relation

In a teaching institution it is necessary that there should be a good rapport between the teacher and the taught. They should be able to freely communicate with each other and understand and appreciate each other’s viewpoint on academic matters. Healthy channels of communications provide good and desirable feedback to both the teachers and the students. With these ideas in view the College encourages students to come in close contact with the teachers for the remedy of academic problems and other related matters.

Internal Examination

In each academic year students are required to take terminal examinations as and when notified by the college Administration. In addition, they are required to take examinations conducted by the Departments for regular assessments.

The guardians are requested to collect the result of terminal examinations of their wards from the College. The guardians are requested to contact the office without fail when requested by the office. The cooperation of the guardians is highly essential; for good performance of their wards.

If the performance of the students in the Terminal Examination is not satisfactory, he/she may be advised to leave the College.

Students are required to attend lecture and laboratory classes regularly and must have 90% of the attendance in all courses. Applications for leave of absent are to be made in writing to the College Chief.

If a student is continuously absent from the College for more than two weeks without notifying his/her name will be removed from the College rolls.

Conduct and Discipline

Students shall confirm to a high standard of discipline and conduct within and outside the precincts of the College. They should have the seriousness of purpose and shall in every way train themselves to lead a life of earnest endeavor and cooperation. They shall pay due courtesy and consideration to the employees, administrative staff and the teachers.

To safeguard its ideals of scholarship, character and personal behavior, the college reserves the right to take up any step at any time for any reason deemed sufficient.
